Thanks for the invite to your weight reduction group! I got into Hypnosis when I weighted 266... you can shed all the weight you choose using hypnosis. Your philosophy of focus on that which you want is exactly what I use with my weight reduction clients, in fact I have a new CD on Amazon.com called The Secret to Being Thin which is based that philosophy.

On another note... I so appreciate that you have adopted a retired greyhound. I support the organization in Miami which helps get new parents for these wonderful dogs. My daughter in Dallas is owned by one as well!

Last week one of my clients said "Everytime I go to the drug store I can hear the candy bars calling me saying 'buy me'." So in hypnosis I asked her to create a "magic finger" that when she points it towards the candy, makes the candy either stop talking or say something different.

Remaining in hypnosis she then tested her "magic finger" to see how easily it worked. She reported that in one store when she pointed her finger at the candy bars, they immediately stopped talking. She then left the store. In the next store, the candy said "Oh, it's you. You like being in total control of everything you eat." The candy then held up an image of herself trim and healthy, and told her to walk on by.
